Yes, we do have a new Keurig Coffee Maker. To welcome you into our tiny cabin home, we provide an assortment of amazing coffees, teas, hot chocolate and more at no charge. This is our way of thanking you for allowing us to host you in our tiny cabin home. The variety is also changing so take a peak in the Keurig K-Cup drawer located under the coffee maker and see what flavor you'll discover next . The Keurig can also produce hot and cold beverages, teas and more. Some guests prefer to bring their own coffee. We also provide sweetener, sugar and creamer.
Yes, we do provide shampoo and liquid body soap at the tiny cabin home. There are wall mounted dispensers located in the shower. However, you are also welcome to bring your own shampoo or soap.
Yes, we do provide free wireless connectivity. In fact, the tiny cabin home is equipped with a high-speed fiber connection that is coupled with a wireless router to provide whole cabin coverage. The Wi-Fi login information (SSID and password) are provided to you during the check-in process and also printed and attached to the refrigerator.
Generally, most guests bring their smartphones, a laptop and perhaps a smart watch. There is no limit to the amount of devices allowed however we do ask that you simply be responsible and not take advantage of the privilege. That means, we do not allow running a gaming cluster or bitcoin mining operation from our tiny cabin home however general personal use is permitted.
Yes, most guests are able to use their cellular phones. Generally, there is one bar of 4G LTE service with most cellular providers within the property and most of the general area. 5G does not appear to be in the area. Most guests however enable "Wi-Fi Calling" on their smartphones to automatically route calls over Wi-Fi within the cabin. Most cellular carriers offer this feature on most cellular plans. Instructions on enabling "Wi-FI Calling" for Apple iPhones is available here and those with Android smartphones can find instructions here. Moreover, detailed coverage maps are available for AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. You may also want to contact your specific wireless carrier directly for more information.
We generally do not specifically provide firewood however there is often fallen tree limbs around the property that may be used. You are welcome to use any tree debris that is available. Alternatively, firewood bundles may be available from local gas station convenience stores, grocery and Walmart.
All properties have a barbecue propane gas grill. The grills have been converted to use standard 1LB (16oz) small green propane tanks. (These are the types of small propane tanks used during camping). We do not provide these tanks. Guests will have to purchase their own propane tank to use with the grills.
These items may be purchased at the local dollar stores, Wal-mart and local liquor stores.
Yes, we do provide freshly laundered sheets and towels. Our housekeeping replaces all of the linen and towels prior to your visit. No need to bring any. However, some guests do prefer to bring their own. Note: We do not provide beach towels.
We do not provide beach towels. We are limited on space and simply can not store large beach towels. IF you intend to visit Eva Beach or other areas of Kentucky Lake, please bring your own outdoor beach towels.

Benton County is located in northwest Tennessee, bordering the western branch of the Tennessee River and 30 miles south of the Kentucky border.
